International conference on humanitarian issues to be held in Ukraine

The international humanitarian conference "New Medicine - RAZOM" organized by the National Humanitarian Aid Agency ZDOROVI and the "Together for Ukraine" Charitable Foundation will be held in Ukraine.

The main goal of the event is to find a common strategy for the medical and humanitarian sectors to restore and develop Ukrainian medicine.

Speakers at the conference will include representatives of the Ministry of Health, the National Health Service of Ukraine, USAID, HEALTH CLUSTER, RAZOM, International Medical Corps, AMERICARES, ZDOROVI National Humanitarian Aid Agency, and others.

The conference will last for two days, during which participants will be able to conduct effective networking and create new partnership initiatives.

Natalia Tulinova, founder of the National Humanitarian Aid Agency ZDOROVI, said that the main goal of the event is to bring together representatives of the public and humanitarian sectors, charity leaders, international donors and partners who together have a huge impact on the state of medicine today.

"I am confident that two days of active cooperation will allow us to develop solutions that will be implemented in the changes that the industry needs," added Natalia Tulinova.

The conference will be the first platform in the healthcare sector to bring together government institutions, international foundations and organizations, and Ukrainian NGOs after the large-scale invasion. The event will be attended by Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko.

"Since February 2022, Ukraine's healthcare system has been under a heavy additional burden, and dozens of NGOs and foundations in Ukraine and abroad have lent their support. Now it's time to systematize this support, unite donors and create a transparent system for further cooperation," said Vitaliy Svichynsky, Chief Operating Officer of the "Together for Ukraine" Foundation.

The panel discussions are aimed at analyzing the current state of healthcare in Ukraine, identifying the needs and role of humanitarian organizations in supporting the functioning of the industry, discussing procurement strategies, resource allocation, and humanitarian aid. Targeted project management in the context of decentralization. Sources of investment for capital, infrastructure, and local projects. Legal mechanisms for attracting investment in healthcare institutions. Strategies for restoring the healthcare industry.

Representatives of the RAZOM Charitable Foundation present the system of electronic accounting and management of humanitarian aid. As well as the cases "Practical course for management teams of medical institutions", "Emergency ultrasound diagnostics for injuries sustained as a result of hostilities", "Co-Pilot project. Missions of foreign medical workers to Ukraine".

Natalia Tulinova, founder of the National Humanitarian Aid Agency ZDOROVI, will speak about the concept of Transparent Hospital: a new standard of integrity for society and donors.
